Patricia was my injector during my first visit to Upkeep, and I couldn’t have had a better experience! She was so sweet and welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable. She took such great care of me both before and after the treatment. Most importantly, she left my lips looking absolutely gorgeous! I love them! I normally don’t let anyone come near my face, but Bonnie 💕completely changed that for me. I first met her during a Halloween event at Upkeep, and even in that short first interaction, she came across as so warm 🥰 and genuine🧞♀️ that I instantly felt comfortable. When I came in for my actual appointment, she kept telling me, “trust the process, 🧘♀️✨” and honestly… I am glad I did. She walked me through every single step, explained what she was doing, why she was doing it, and never rushed me. I ended up spending around 3–4 hours there but it never felt overwhelming because she made the whole experience so comforting. What really stood out was how attentive she was afterward. She checked on me the next day, made sure I was feeling okay, and stayed available whenever I had questions or concerns while things were settling. A few days later, I had a couple of small worries and messaged her, and she replied so quickly and kindly. During my follow-up visit, she listened, addressed everything patiently, and even did a small touch-up to make sure I was fully comfortable with the results. She’s genuinely one of the best injectors I’ve met. Kind☺️, honest😇, incredibly skilled💉, and someone who truly cares🤍 about her clients. Upkeep as a whole has been great, but Bonnie 💖 really made this whole journey stress-free for me. Highly recommend her!

Bonnie was so amazing with a first time filler client. I was a bit nervous about the lip filler, hearing that it's pretty painful. But she put me at ease immediately with her bubbly personality. Let me tell ya, they have the good numbing cream. Come here if you're worried about pain. She knew exactly what I wanted with my lips and I'm ecstatic about the results. They even informed me of discounts and ways I could save money. She also texted the next day to see how I was doing. I can't recommend this place enough! I'm going back for my tattoo removal. Amazing price and A+ care.
